Why Complete Choice

A registered provider with a local team

Registered NDIS provider

Registered with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission, with 14 registration groups, in force until 9 December 2027. See our registration.

One team

Support workers, community nurses and coordinators work together, not as a chain of subcontractors.

A local office

Our office is at 39 John St, Salisbury.

How it works

Three steps

  1. Tell us who the home is for.
  2. We call you to talk it through.
  3. Visit the home. If it’s the right fit, we plan the move together.

Visiting a home costs nothing and commits you to nothing.

Questions

Common questions

What does SIL funding pay for?

Support from staff. Rent, board, food and utilities are paid by the resident from their own income.

What’s the difference between SIL, MTA and STA?

SIL is a permanent shared home with support. MTA is up to 90 days while a long-term home is being sorted. STA is short stays and respite.

Do I need SIL in my NDIS plan?

For SIL, yes. If you’re not sure what your plan includes, we can talk it through with you or your support coordinator.

Can I visit before deciding?

Yes. Book a viewing through the form or call us on 0424 000 751.

Is Complete Choice registered?

Yes, with 14 registration groups, in force until 9 December 2027. See our registration.
